Rockface
Rockface concrete sleepers carry a split stone, blocky moulded texture, covering block face and splitface styles across five products. The busy surface hides scuffs and knocks, which is exactly why it is the go-to face for street facing walls.

Why rockface fronts the street
Front boundary walls take punishment: bins, trailers, whipper snippers, footballs. On a flat face every mark shows. Rockface’s split stone relief scatters light and shadow so everyday scuffs disappear into the texture, keeping the wall looking freshly built for years with zero touch up work.
What is in the range
- Block face styles: a regular, blocky masonry pattern with defined joints.
- Splitface styles: a rougher, quarry split character for a more natural look.
- Colour options across the range, with grey rockface a popular pick for blending into concrete and paving, and charcoal for darker modern frontages.
Like every face we sell, the texture is moulded into the sleeper, and the colour runs through the concrete or the face rather than sitting on it as a coating. Reinforcement is N10 or N12 steel, compliance is AS3600, strength is 40 to 60MPa, and certified ranges carry an engineer certified 50 year lifespan.
One thing to check before ordering
Do textured sleepers cost more than smooth? Within most ranges the price band is the same regardless of colour, and rockface sits close to the other textured faces. Confirm quantities with the retaining wall calculator and order each wall’s sleepers together, since minor batch colour variation is normal for concrete.
