Arizona block-face concrete sleepers cast a rendered-block pattern into each sleeper, so a finished wall reads as block courses without laying a single block. Available in charcoal, jasper and sandstone, colour right through the sleeper.

Block look without blockwork

Is each block in the pattern separate? No, the pattern is cast into a single structural sleeper, which is why it costs a fraction of laid blockwork.
