Typically, walls under 1 metre in height don’t require engineering and council approval. Please refer to your local council for exact requirements.
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality concrete products and steel. To ensure their safe transport and handling, we work closely with our manufacturers to follow strict standards. While this means we are unable to offer refunds, it also guarantees that you receive top-notch materials every time.
If you need to make changes to your order
Returns, Orders and Shipping
Changes to orders can only be made in writing and it’s the responsibility of the person/organization ordering to confirm the accuracy of quantities and products. No changes can be made 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. The manufacturer may charge a restocking fee if the order needs to be changed after it has been picked.
Retaining Wall Supplies uses external transport companies, and in case of any delays or rescheduling, Retaining Wall Supplies will not be held liable for any financial loss as it’s out of their control.
If incorrect or damaged product/s are received, Retaining Wall Supplies will work with the manufacturer to have it rectified. Retaining Wall Supplies will not be held liable for covering the cost of transport for collection and resending or covering the costs of replacement. The manufacturer will determine if the product is unsatisfactory before approving replacement.
A: Orders not collected by you or your transport company from the nominated manufacturer’s premises on the scheduled date could result in delays or a restocking fee. The manufacturer’s yard supervisor reserves the right to refuse to load if the transport is inappropriate or does not comply with weight loads.
If you cancel your order before Retaining Wall Supplies has paid the manufacturer and transport company, a full refund minus any credit card fees via a bank transfer can be arranged within 5 business days. No refund will be offered if the manufacturer and transport company were paid by Retaining Wall Supplies or if a job number was issued by the manufacturer. If transport was booked and no payment was made to the manufacturer by Retaining Wall Supplies, the delivery charge minus any credit card fees will not be refunded.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, changes to your order can only be made in writing before 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. However, the manufacturer may charge a restocking fee if the order needs to be changed.
