Pickup or Delivery Services
Retaining Wall Supplies offers pickup by appointment from partner yards, and delivery Australia-wide through external transport partners. Pickup suits customers with a suitable vehicle near a partner yard. Delivery suits everyone else, and it is how most of our orders move. Either way, order changes are accepted in writing only, and no changes are possible within 48 hours of a scheduled delivery.

Sleeper pickup is available from these partner yards:
- Dandenong South VIC: 11 Kitchen Rd and 63-65 Ordish Rd
- Officer VIC
- Brendale QLD and Beenleigh QLD
- Wetherill Park NSW (sleepers and steel)
- Lonsdale SA
Steel post pickup is available from warehouses at Bayswater, Hallam and Cranbourne West in VIC, and Acacia Ridge in QLD. All pickups are by appointment, so book through our team before driving out. Western Australia has no pickup point, but we deliver to Perth and surrounding regions.
Delivery runs Australia-wide via our external transport partners. In Melbourne metro, small loads of 1 to 2 pallets start from $160 with forklift unload included. Large loads of 15 to 20 tonnes start from $850. Pallet quantities are fixed: 80mm sleepers come 10 to a pallet, and 100mm sleepers come 8 to a pallet. Conditions of Delivery:
Deliveries are unloaded by forklift, so your site needs three things: forklift access, solid ground, and truck parking within 100 metres of the unload point. Drivers allow 5 minutes of unload time per pallet. Delays beyond that are charged at $2.50 per minute, so having the area clear before the truck arrives saves you money. If you are unsure whether your site qualifies, send us photos before booking and we will confirm.
Trade customers get delivery within 72 hours of a paid order, or next-day pickup from a partner yard. ABN holders also get access to our ex-GST trade portal for faster repeat ordering: details at trade.
