Exact lead time depends on your state and the transport run, so we confirm a delivery window when you order. Pickup by appointment is often available sooner.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns on sleepers or steel, and sale items are non-refundable. Damaged or incorrect goods are rectified with the manufacturer under Australian Consumer Law: contact us with photos and your order number and we will manage it for you.

Order changes, including a new delivery address, must be sent to us in writing. No changes are possible within 48 hours of a scheduled delivery, so let us know as early as you can on info@retainingwallsupplies.com.au.

Yes, you can collect by appointment from our partner yards: sleepers at Dandenong South and Officer in VIC, Brendale and Beenleigh in QLD, Wetherill Park in NSW and Lonsdale in SA, plus steel at Bayswater, Hallam, Cranbourne West and Acacia Ridge. Book through our team before driving out.

Sleepers and steel usually travel together where possible, but large or mixed orders can arrive as separate deliveries from different yards. We tell you when booking if your order will arrive in more than one load.
