The HDG fence bracket solves the most common question on a sleeper wall build: how do I put a fence on top? The bracket bolts or welds to the top of a steel retaining wall post and carries the fence post above it, so the fence sits on the wall line without a second row of footings behind it. A fence adds wind load to the wall posts. On taller walls, mention the fence when you send dimensions so the post sizing accounts for it.
