The 150UC 23 is the entry post in our Queensland 150 heavy duty series: a galvanised H beam at approximately 23 kg/m with a section around 152x152mm, for retaining walls that are too tall or too loaded for 100 series steel. It fits the sleepers across our QLD range and is hot-dip galvanised for long-term ground contact. From $271.20.

Wall ends in this series take the 150 PFC C channel. If your engineering calls for heavier sections, the series continues with the 150UC 30 and 150UC 37, all under QLD steel posts.
When do I need the 150 series instead of 100 series?
Broadly, once walls get taller and posts get longer the 100 series runs out of capacity; heavy duty walls should be built to an engineered design. If you have an engineering schedule, send it through and we will quote post for post against it.
Are these stocked in Queensland?
Standard lengths ship with our SEQ sleeper stock via Brendale QLD 4500, Beenleigh QLD 4207 and the Acacia Ridge warehouse. Cut-to-length work is done from Melbourne stock, allow about a week to cut and galvanise plus a few days freight north.
Can you cut to my schedule?
Yes, posts are cut to the nearest 100mm against your take-off. Send the schedule and delivery postcode for a firm quote.
