This 6mm hot-dip galvanised fence bracket mounts a timber fence to the galvanised steel posts of a concrete sleeper retaining wall. Timber fences are heavier and catch more wind than sheet fencing, so this bracket uses a 6mm plate, double the thickness of our Colorbond variant, to carry timber rails and palings without flex. $16.50 each, QLD stock.
Mounting the fence to the wall posts means one structural line does both jobs: no second row of fence footings fighting for space with the sleeper wall’s backfill and drainage. The hot-dip galvanised finish matches the posts, so the connection point is protected against Queensland weather for the life of the fence.

Which bracket do I need for my fence?
Match the bracket to the fence material: 3mm for Colorbond, 6mm for timber. If the fence must sit forward or back of the post centreline, use the 6mm offset version.
